Tierra Rich is a Director of Externships and Employment at Propel America. She hails from Washington, DC and has been a resident of Philadelphia for 10 years. Before coming to Philadelphia, she completed higher education studies at Columbia College of Chicago. In her time in Philly, she has taught in many different fields ranging from: creative writing, social and emotional development and most recently sexual health education.

For two and a half years she supervised and educated students and instructors in four Philly school district communities where her impact was felt immensely. Tierra is a Glenfiddich/Forbes 2021 recipient of their Richest 25 award, and was named City & State Pennsylvania’s “Impact 50,” for her community engagement throughout Philadelphia.
