Patty Diaz-Andrade is Propel's Chief Program Officer. Most recently, she was the Chief Impact Officer at OneGoal. In this role, Patty led OneGoal’s growth efforts, developing new programs and a business model that have positioned OneGoal to achieve impact at scale. She joined OneGoal in 2015 as the founding Executive Director of OneGoal, Massachusetts, where she launched the OneGoal program across seven Massachusetts school districts (enrolling 700+ students in the program), and secured over $4M during the region’s critical start-up years.

Prior to joining OneGoal, Patty directed the Strategic Data Project fellowship program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Center for Education Policy Research. Patty began her career in education as a teacher in New York City, after earning a BA from Cornell University in Government and Economics. She also spent time in the NYC Department of Education as an analyst in the Office of Accountability during Bloomberg's tenure as mayor.

Patty holds an MA in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University and a PhD in Educational Leadership from the Steinhardt Graduate School of Education at New York University. She is a first-generation high school and college graduate, born in D.C. and raised in the DMV.
