Erica Collins is Director of Curriculum and Design at Propel America. She is an experienced educator and leader in the workforce development sector. With a master’s degree in Teaching from the University of Southern California, Erica aims to make a lasting impact in the education and nonprofit sectors through developing engaging program and curriculum for young adults in underserved communities.

She has a passion for the mission of Propel America and is drawn to addressing the glaring needs in today's workforce in hopes of influencing students on the non-traditional path to achieve success.
