Registered Apprenticeship
Grow your own Medical Assistants, Patient Care Technicians, Sterile Processing Technicians, and Surgical Technicians. Three components build durable talent:
On-the-job training with your on-site mentor
Accredited technical instruction and certifications, delivered by Propel
Clear wage progression as apprentices hit skill milestones
Propel covers tuition, the training partner, coaching for the apprentice and the mentor, and the registered-apprenticeship paperwork. You provide the hire, wages, and an on-site mentor.
State grants and tax credits, including the Work Opportunity Tax Credit and WIOA wage reimbursement, help offset your near-term wage costs.
