Danielle Burkhalter has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Surgery Partners since February 2023. Prior to this role, she was Vice President of Talent, leading enterprise-wide talent initiatives. Danielle previously held various Human Resources roles at UnityPoint Health serving communities across Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. She holds degrees from Simpson College and The University of Alabama.
