Caressa Sanford is Hire Ready Coach at Propel. She was drawn to Propel's fellowship model and mission to open doors for young people, Caressa brings over 10 years of experience in workforce development and college access. Most recently a Coach Manager at Merit America, she supported non-degreed adults in launching meaningful tech careers. Originally from the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas, Caressa is excited to continue serving young adults in the community she knows best.
