Her background spans youth and adult workforce systems, AmeriCorps, apprenticeships, employer partnerships, and organizational operations. Alia brings a trauma-informed, people-centered approach to her work, grounded in the belief that strong outcomes come from workplaces where individuals feel supported, respected, and able to thrive.
