Taryn Campbell has spent over a decade working with youth and communities to expand access to learning opportunities and education. Taryn previously served as the Deputy Director of The Broad Academy at The Broad Center, designing and facilitating leadership development programming for America’s top urban superintendents. Prior to joining The Broad Center, Taryn served as the Director of Program Development at The Boys’ Club of New York, a multi-site youth development organization serving over 3,000 youth in New York City. She also worked in curriculum design and program implementation for a USAID career and technical education program in Timor-Leste. Taryn started her career as a WorldTeach volunteer in China and went on to work in international education education programming in Asia.
Taryn holds a MA in International Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a BA in Sociology and Classics from Colgate University.
